Successful candidates will have a recognised qualification in metallurgy and wide experience in operation/administration of a busy commercial testing laboratory / workshop facility.

Candidates should also possess excellent management, teambuilding and leadership skills, and be able to demonstrate success in a commercial, customer-focused environment.
Other important attributes include:
• Experience of both National and International standards.
• Experience working in an ISI 17025 laboratory environment.
• The ability to assess and respond to demanding client requirements.
• Strong communication and computer skills
